12th HTSA AGM: Agenda and Election Update

As previously stated, the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Huddersfield Town Supporters' Association (HTSA) will take place from 7-9pm on Thursday, 12th November via Zoom.

The AGM provides HTSA members with an opportunity to discuss the business of the association and club and elect a new Board.

On the last point, the chair and independent scrutineer of the Election Management Group has confirmed that fourteen vacancies were declared, and eight nominations were received by the deadline, which passed at noon on 16th October.

In line with rule 8.3 of the association’s Election Policy, those eight nominees will be appointed to the Board subject to an individual affirmative ballot at the AGM.

The nominees are: Bini Joshi Barr; Alasdair Bell; Alice Broome; Emily Broome; Paul Cooney; Paul Cuffe; Phillip Ross; and Tristan Wooller.

Register to attend the AGM here. Registration is open to everybody, but only members of the association will be permitted to vote. Those who register will receive a Zoom link closer to the event.
