As previously stated, the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Huddersfield Town Supporters' Association (HTSA) will take place from 7-9pm on Monday, 12th December 2022 via Zoom.
An AGM provides HTSA members with an opportunity to discuss the business of the
association and club and elect a new Board.
On the last point, the chair and independent scrutineer of the Election Management Group has confirmed that 9 vacancies were declared, and 0 nominations were received by the deadline, which passed at noon on 17th November. In line with the association’s election policy there is no need for a ballot to take place at the AGM as there were no nominees for election this year.
The agenda for the upcoming AGM is as follows:
1. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
2. Chair’s Report and Activity Reports
3. Financial Report – Accounts
4. Any Elections
5. Open floor discussion topics
a) gambling
b) HTFC ownership and future direction
6. Any Other Business (AOB)
