It was an honour to be asked to be the Chair and Independent Scrutineer for the Huddersfield Town Supporters’ Association 2021 Board Elections.
Seven vacancies were declared, and one nomination was received.
Therefore, as the Independent Scrutineer, and in line with rule 8.3 of the Election Policy, I declare the nominee appointed subject to an individual affirmative ballot at the AGM on Thursday, 16th December.
The AGM will be asked to affirm Ross McLean.
As part of my role, I am required to report whether the current Society Election Rules Regulations and Procedures and the Society Constitution were adhered to. I am satisfied they were in a fair and equitable way.
