As previously stated, the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Huddersfield Town Supporters' Association (HTSA) will take place from 7-9pm on Wednesday, 9th April via Zoom.
The AGM provides HTSA members with an opportunity to discuss the business of the association and club and elect a new Board.
On the last point, the chair and independent scrutineer of the Election Management Group has confirmed that nine vacancies were declared, and two nominations were received by the deadline, which passed at noon on 15th November.
In line with rule 8.3 of the association’s Election Policy, these two will be appointed to the Board subject to an individual affirmative ballot at the AGM.
The nominees are: Alice Broome and Harry Holland. Read their candidate statements here.
You can find the draft minutes of the 15th Agm here.
You can register for the event here. Registration is open to everybody, but only members of the association will be permitted to vote. Those who register will receive a Zoom link.
