The experience of European clubs, including Celtic F.C., shows that the installation of small sections of rail seating provides greater value for money and choice for supporters, creates a better match-day experience for those who wish to sit and those who wish to stand, and improves the general level of safety in stadia.
Stand Up For Town is a joint initiative between HTSA and the Cowshed Loyal that seeks to (a) establish the position and interests of the various stakeholders in the John Smith’s Stadium, (b) persuade these stakeholders to accept the case for safe standing/rail-seating, and (c) work together with these stakeholders to develop a practical proposal for the introduction of a section of rail-seating in the John Smith’s Stadium.

Women At The Game is the brainchild of the late Jacqui Forster. The organisation's aim is to give women and girls their first taste of live football in a supportive environment, as well as to foster dialogue and relationships amongst women who are already seasoned match-goers.
As part of this initiative, we hope to encourage more women and girls from Huddersfield and surrounding areas to attend Huddersfield Town matches. We also aim to celebrate the contribution made by women and girls to Huddersfield Town and Huddersfield Town Ladies

Fans For Foodbanks is a joint initiative between HTSA and the Town Foundation. It aims to help those in our community who have fallen on hard times.
We operate collection points around the stadium on match days. We are happy to accept donations of tinned foods, dried goods, toiletries, sanitary products, pots, pans, bedding, and winter clothing, so long as they are unopened and in date.
All donations go to either the Welcome Centre or the Batley Foodbank.

Away Fans Matter is a HTSA-led campaign that aims to convince the EFL to introduce an away ticket price cap and mandatory minimum standards in the Championship, League 1, and League 2. The campaign intends to work with like-minded fan groups in England, Wales, and farther afield.
